Dinner 4/25 Shared appetizer: shishito peppers (and they didn't skimp!); maybe a little too much butter Entree: Poached salmon with a dill yogurt sauce Beer; Bo's Lager Wow: Menu has things I don't normally see Salmon with dill was excellent; fish was slightly crusty and sauce had plenty of dill for a strong flavor that went well with the leeks and other veggies Ugh: Very loud (maybe that's good?) and busy Menu is very short Verdict: I am eager to take the family.
