EN Japanese Bistro

(Apr 2017; also visited in 2014)

Went with a friend and we ordered the two non-vegetarian Kaiseki menus and various sakes (Hazuki Gasan and Arabashiri, which I had last summer-- these were great). There was a lot of variety! 

Wow:

* Variety

* Freshness

* Preparation was inventive

Ugh:

* At the end of the day I'm not the biggest lover of the earthy flavor of the food

I'd visit the restaurant again but order a la carte (as I did the first time).

Food: NA (declining to judge since this isn't my style)

Service: 5/10 (our server ended his shift before we finished; at that point no one seemed to know what was going on)

Fun: 6/10
